About the role

Prince Sultan University’s College of Computer and Information Sciences is hiring faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor. The appointment begins in the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year (starting August 9, 2026) and involves teaching, research, and service across undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures and labs for Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering and related specialisations.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Develop and update curricula, introducing new courses as needed.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and secure external funding.
• Participate in departmental and university committees and community outreach.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Strong teaching record and commitment to academic excellence.
• Evidence of research productivity and potential to obtain external grants.
• Experience supervising graduate students.
• Ability to integrate Sustainable Development Goals into curricula.
