Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare facility projects and other building types. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, guide, motivate and direct the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct evaluation and analysis activities prior to project initiation.
• Consult with executives, business leaders and end‑users to capture needs and expectations.
• Provide leadership, planning and coordination through real‑time communications and meetings.
• Balance scope, time, cost and resource constraints while presenting a clear vision of success.
• Develop relationships with sponsors, other project managers and stakeholders to support project viability.
• Manage core project elements including schedule, cost, resources and risks.
• Negotiate decisions and actions that support successful delivery.
• Prioritize work continuously, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt as needed.
