Project Manager – Hospitality Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end hospitality development projects, including hotels, resorts and premium food & beverage facilities, from concept through handover in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospitality development projects, overseeing planning, design coordination, procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Review design submissions for alignment with operational standards.
• Manage contracts, documentation and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in hotel and hospitality developments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale hospitality projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer as required.
