Projects Manager – Civil Construction & Business Development

About the role

This full‑time on‑site position is based in Jeddah and leads the construction department of Etihad Gharbia Contracting. The Projects Manager oversees civil construction projects from inception to completion while driving business development and new project acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and apply strategic pricing to ensure profitability.
• Create detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Identify and pursue new construction opportunities through market research and client networking.
• Plan, execute and supervise civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings and residential complexes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, control costs and oversee procurement activities.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports and technical specifications.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing technical guidance and handling contractual negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil project pricing, estimating and management.
• Valid transferable iqama is mandatory.
• PMP or other project‑management certification is a plus.
