Quality Manager - Luxury Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary luxury projects. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports project delivery excellence both on‑site and in client‑facing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for luxury projects.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications and authority standards.
• Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
• Oversee QA/QC activities, approve Inspection & Test Plans, method statements and work procedures.
• Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing and site inspections.
• Plan and conduct internal, vendor and external audits.
• Manage non‑conformances, root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Track and report quality KPIs, trends and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients.
• Deliver training and mentoring on quality standards, road construction best practices and quality tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quality management or a related discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• 20+ years of quality management experience within luxury projects.
• Proven experience managing site‑based quality operations on mega luxury projects.
• Strong consultancy and client‑facing background, preferably in engineering consultancy.
• Experience with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.
