Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our multi‑branch operations in the quick‑service restaurant sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the customer experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable business expansion.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branches.
• Enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction metrics.
• Manage profitability by controlling labor, food, waste, and OPEX.
• Optimize workforce productivity and manpower planning.
• Develop digital sales channels and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional, Area, and Restaurant Managers.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi‑branch operations, sales or regional management, preferably in QSR.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
