About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote position you will create exceptional customer experiences by responding quickly to inquiries, solving problems, and communicating clearly across email, live chat, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Assist with account questions, order updates, troubleshooting, and general support.
• Investigate and resolve concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Collect feedback, contribute insights, and help improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, patient, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Required skills
