About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Reservations Agent to join our team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in flight and hotel reservations.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fares, rebooking, cancellations, and ticket issuance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a good command of English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple reservations efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with GDS reservation systems such as Sabre and Amadeus.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and online booking platforms.
