Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, assisting shoppers, promoting our loyalty program, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandise layout, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to suggest items to customers.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to store standards.

Required skills

• Operation of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic inventory reporting.
