Sales Designer – Custom Closet Solutions

About the role

The Sales Designer role at Creative Closets is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Saudi Arabia. You will meet clients to understand their storage needs, lifestyle and aesthetic preferences, then translate those requirements into custom closet designs and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, gather requirements and take accurate on‑site measurements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including layouts, material selections and pricing.
• Manage client appointments, follow‑ups and guide the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure precise execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay current with interior‑design and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions clearly.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including consultative selling, negotiation and closing in a retail or design‑focused environment.
• Background in interior design, kitchen & bath design or related space‑planning disciplines; diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read floor plans, manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD or similar design applications.
• Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design, Space‑planning and Interior Design.
