Sales Engineering Associate

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Sales Engineering Associate to support its Service and Aftermarket business in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical knowledge of HVAC building systems with sales activities to drive revenue from service agreements, repairs and digital service solutions. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand needs, propose suitable solutions and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales activities for service agreements, service repairs and aftermarket solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, ensuring timely follow‑up on customer inquiries.
• Assist negotiations to achieve optimal profitability and business outcomes.
• Drive order bookings in line with sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, business challenges and market opportunities to support service revenue growth.
• Provide technical support and professional proposals for connected and digitalised service solutions.
• Support payment collection and resolve outstanding customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and report updates to management.
• Execute customer visit plans and promote Carrier’s service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in sales engineering, aftermarket sales or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience preparing proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Strong understanding of service agreements and repair solutions in the HVAC sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and technical specialists.
