Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join its Sales Division in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base, leveraging Marsh’s global platform to drive growth across medical and non‑medical insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and partnership referrals.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to broaden professional networks.
• Research market trends and design customer acquisition strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
• Develop, negotiate and close proposals covering the full suite of insurance products.
• Prepare due‑diligence reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Energetic, positive attitude and capacity to perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
