Senior Consultant – Patient Support Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and manage the largest Patient Support Programs (PSP) for our regulatory and pharmaceutical clients in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering high‑quality consulting services, driving program design, and ensuring successful implementation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project manager and primary point of contact for the largest PSP engagements.
• Review client requirements, develop program designs, and create tailored solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and recommend actionable strategies.
• Prepare detailed documentation, specifications, and presentation materials for diverse audiences.
• Oversee quality assurance and control for national programs across the region.
• Lead training, onboarding, and knowledge‑transfer activities for patient services teams.
• Develop thought‑leadership content, case studies, and best‑practice guidance.
• Continuously build consulting methodology expertise and stay current on life‑science market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, medical or life sciences (Saudi national).
• 8–10 years of experience in patient support, market access, or the pharmaceutical industry; hospital experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of business processes, consulting tools, and industry dynamics.
