Senior Document Controller – Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join Surbana Jurong’s construction supervision team in Riyadh. The role will be based on‑site, overseeing document management for major infrastructure and utilities projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project documentation system, guaranteeing accuracy, version control and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate document flow among contractors, consultants and client teams.
• Implement and support digital document control processes, including AI‑enabled tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute reports, logs and audit documentation for project management and stakeholders.
• Maintain registers, logs and audit trails to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8–12+ years of document control experience in construction or consultancy environments.
• Strong coordination and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aconex.
• Experience using EDMS platforms.
• Knowledge of BIM platforms.
