Senior Executive, HR

About the role

The Senior Executive, HR will shape the employee experience across the Middle East, overseeing onboarding, talent acquisition, payroll validation and HR reporting. The role also supports operations in India and Brazil, ensuring compliance and contributing to HR projects that improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding transactions, coordinating with IT and hiring departments.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and organize orientation sessions.
• Prepare and keep employment contracts, letters, personnel files, visas, IDs and other HR records.
• Administer medical insurance enrollments, deletions and follow‑up on claims.
• Update HR databases, track probation periods, renewals, attendance and leave.
• Validate monthly payroll inputs for the Middle East and provide extended support for India and Brazil.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare HR documentation for internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Produce monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, joiners, leavers) and maintain dashboards.
• Maintain POSH training records and support related data analysis.
• Assist HR projects and process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end onboarding and talent acquisition transactions.
• Experience preparing HR documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia HR practices and labour regulations.
