About the role
QWAED AL-EMMAR (QAE) is looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead the execution of high‑end finishes and interior fit‑out on large‑scale hospitality, commercial and residential projects in Riyadh. The role combines daily site planning, subcontractor supervision, quality control and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure timely handover of premium built environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities, organise work fronts and supervise subcontractors, foremen and site teams.
- Plan work sequences, verify approved drawings, material availability and site conditions.
- Review shop drawings, specifications and material samples; raise technical queries and resolve issues.
- Conduct quality inspections across all finish packages and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, including architectural, MEP and external works, to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Oversee handover documentation and final inspections.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of architectural site execution experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience on large‑scale hospitality, commercial or residential projects.
- Immediate availability and current residence in Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Masonry, plastering and rendering.
- Gypsum board ceilings, partitions and decorative works.
- Tile, marble, natural stone and mosaic installation.
- Timber, parquet, vinyl, carpet and epoxy flooring systems.
- Painting, decorative coatings and wallcoverings.
- Architectural joinery, fixed furniture and hardware installation.
- Glass, aluminium façade, balustrades and structural silicone glazing.
- Waterproofing for wet areas, roofs and planters.
- Curtain wall systems (stick, unitised) and aluminium windows/doors.
- External cladding, metal panels, GRC/GFRC, louvers and sunshades.
- Hardscape works, paving, decking and external landscaping.
- Coordination of FF&E, sanitary fixtures, decorative lighting and furnishings.
