Site Project Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale construction packages. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient execution that meets schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall site management and execution of major construction packages according to approved plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, construction, project controls, commercial, contracts, procurement, quality, HSE, and stakeholder management.
• Monitor progress, achieve milestones, and resolve technical and commercial issues proactively.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, utilities, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and Parsons’ quality management system.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues to protect cost, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee project controls activities such as planning, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, and change management.
• Manage construction quality through QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and verification.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, temporary works, recovery plans, and contractor execution strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership during design coordination, constructability reviews, value engineering, and project planning.
• Mentor and develop project staff, fostering knowledge transfer and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on large‑scale resort, infrastructure, or city development projects, progressing to Construction Manager or Site Project Manager level.
• Proven experience managing major government or semi‑government construction projects.
