System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimise our IT infrastructure. The role combines endpoint management, cloud identity services, backup solutions and compliance with Saudi cybersecurity regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ManageEngine Endpoint Central for ticketing, asset tracking and endpoint deployment.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage patch cycles and ensure timely remediation across all servers and workstations.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure services and Mobile Device Management policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Design, test and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication policies and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Support Cisco Meraki networking components (wireless, switching, security appliances) where required.
• Ensure all systems comply with NCA regulations and Saudi cybersecurity frameworks (ECC, SCF) and maintain audit documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with endpoint and service‑desk management tools.
• Solid understanding of Saudi cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to design and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
