Training & Performance Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Training & Performance Management Specialist to join our HR team. The role will drive training initiatives, manage performance cycles, and ensure HR processes align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement annual training and development plans based on business and employee needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Manage the full training cycle – scheduling, nominations, attendance tracking, evaluations and record‑keeping.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Support and continuously improve the Performance Management System, coordinating appraisal cycles and ensuring timely completion.
• Assist managers and employees in setting SMART objectives, KPIs and creating Individual Development Plans.
• Prepare performance and training reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain accurate employee training and performance data in HR/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads and managers on development and performance needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in training, learning & development, performance management or a related HR function.
• Experience in multinational organisations is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (other degrees accepted with relevant HR experience).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/HR systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Familiarity with 360‑degree Performance Management Systems.
• Experience using Menaitech / MENA HR systems.
