Training Specialist

About the role

Zofeur is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that support the growth of its fast‑moving team. You will work closely with managers and new hires to ensure that training aligns with business needs and drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Build training programs and prepare detailed teaching plans.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Deliver training courses across various topics.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure skills are incorporated into daily work.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect any changes.

Required profile

• BS degree in Education, Training, HR or a related field.
• Proven experience designing multiple training events.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
