About the role

Joseph Gallagher Ltd is seeking an experienced Tunnel Supervisor to lead underground construction activities on a major infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

Supervise tunnelling crews and daily underground activities.
Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures.
Coordinate excavation and support operations.
Maintain quality standards throughout construction.
Liaise with engineers, foremen, and project management teams.

Required profile

Proven experience supervising NATM/SCL tunnelling operations.
Strong understanding of underground construction methods.
Experience managing teams within live tunnelling environments.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Immediate or short‑notice mobilisation preferred.
