Van Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Van Sales Supervisor leads the Van Sales team in Jeddah, ensuring daily operations meet sales, distribution and coverage targets while maintaining product availability, cash handling accuracy and high‑level customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily performance of Van Salesmen, ensuring routes and journey plans are followed.
• Set, communicate and track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for the team.
• Accompany salesmen in the field to coach, evaluate performance and enforce sales and merchandising standards.
• Oversee stock loading, off‑loading and reconciliation for each van, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Follow up on cash and credit collections and ensure timely hand‑over to finance.
• Guarantee proper product distribution, availability and visibility across all outlets on assigned routes.
• Identify new outlets and expansion opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
• Handle customer complaints related to deliveries, returns or service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and proper use of vehicles and assets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, route coverage and team productivity for the Area Sales Manager.
• Train, motivate and develop Van Salesmen to improve selling and customer service skills.
