Business Development Manager - IT Staffing & Consulting

About the role

Dautom, a global provider of managed services and IT consulting, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Riyadh. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, securing meetings with potential clients and managing the full sales cycle within the IT staffing and consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct cold calls to identify potential clients
• Secure meetings with prospects, present tailored IT staffing and consulting solutions and close new business
• Develop and execute sales strategies and negotiate contracts
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ensure client satisfaction
• Track leads and opportunities in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to clients
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT staff augmentation or consulting
• Proven success in lead generation, cold calling and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
