Butler – Luxury Hospitality (Saudi Only)

About the role

Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism. Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences, providing personalized luxury service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized and luxury service throughout the stay.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
• Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure in‑room amenities are replenished according to guest preferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Proven supervisory experience managing a team of service professionals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Professional butler certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
