Chief Accountant – F&B / Beverages

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in accounting and financial management, preferably in the beverages, food production, F&B or food manufacturing industry. The role covers daily accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
• Oversee bank reconciliations, journal entries and month-end closing
• Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow and cost control
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation and cost of goods sold
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, ZATCA requirements and applicable accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers and internal departments
• Supervise the accounting team and improve financial processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in beverages, food production, F&B or food manufacturing
• Saudi Arabia work experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills

Required skills

• Financial reporting, general accounting, inventory and cost accounting, budgeting
• Understanding of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel
