Demand & Supply Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner will ensure that Nestlé Waters’ products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and at the right cost across all branches and warehouses in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on balancing forecast accuracy, production planning and material availability while collaborating closely with logistics, procurement and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse regional sales forecasts, SKU‑level demand, warehouse capacity and production constraints.
• Develop and maintain daily production and dispatch plans to meet target days‑of‑supply.
• Monitor DSP KPIs, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to verify stock levels, days of supply and actual sales reports.
• Work with procurement and suppliers to secure material availability for planned production volumes.
• Ensure all planning documentation complies with company standards and is kept up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning within a manufacturing or beverage environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecast data and translate it into actionable plans.
• Experience collaborating with logistics, procurement and production teams.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
