HR Specialist (Saudization)

About the role

AquaChemie is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to manage government relations and HR operations for its industrial and trading entities in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, compliance with Saudi Labour Law, and Saudization requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Saudi government authorities (MHRSD, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Jawazat, MISA, Chamber of Commerce) and ensure compliance with Labour Law and Nitaqat.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, Iqama records, insurance documents, and manage onboarding, visa processing, and exit formalities.
• Administer HRMS, track leave, attendance, and produce weekly/monthly HR reports on headcount, compliance and Saudization.
• Organise learning activities via the LMS, track training completion, and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle medical insurance administration and employee administrative services such as SIM cards, ID cards and accommodation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–6 years of HR Operations or Government Relations experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and related government portals.
• Ability to work independently and manage employee relations and operational HR tasks.

Required skills

• HRMS platforms (KEKA preferred).
• Experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem systems.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance.
