Human Resources Information System Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Information System Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR digital solutions. You will ensure that HR systems are efficient, integrated, and aligned with the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors, guaranteeing functionality and data accuracy.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new HR modules and features.
• Ensure seamless integration of HR platforms with other business systems.
• Support and drive HR digitalization projects, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing automation.
• Develop advanced HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to aid workforce planning.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, gathering requirements and delivering system solutions.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to HR teams.
• Maintain data governance, quality, and compliance with internal policies and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing HR systems, HRIS, or leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise with SAP, SuccessFactors, or comparable HR platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the HRIS landscape.
