Logistics Sales Manager

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Logistics Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue growth across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation and 3PL solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts and closing high‑value commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new B2B clients across logistics, supply chain, warehousing and transportation sectors.
• Promote integrated logistics solutions including warehousing, transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, 3PL and supply chain services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Expand services within existing accounts and conduct market research.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Report regularly on sales performance and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation or 3PL.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Established network in the Saudi market and ability to work independently.
