About the role

The Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, coordination, and supervision of mechanical systems for residential and commercial projects. You will work within an engineering consultancy environment, ensuring that designs meet client specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for various building projects.
• Create, review, and update mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents using Revit and other engineering software.
• Supervise on‑site mechanical works, verifying compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality of mechanical installations.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Identify technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in an engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong background in mechanical design and site supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with mechanical design software.
• Ability to read, understand, and review engineering drawings and schematics.
