Operations Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its AMET Operations site in Riyadh. You will lead a team of associates, ensure daily workflow meets production targets, and collaborate closely with the Shift Manager to resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management of department duties and assign work to meet production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide associate feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Train and up‑skill new associates and coach existing team members.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics, hours, and schedules.
• Review and update SOP documents, improve product flow, and identify safety hazards.
• Maintain a clear understanding of daily workflow, associate count, and production goals.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
