Rail & Metro Operations & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are recruiting rail and transportation O&M engineers for the Riyadh Metro project, one of the world’s most advanced rail systems. The role offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge infrastructure while earning a tax‑free salary. The position is based in Riyadh and requires close collaboration with multinational engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of rail and metro services.
• Oversee maintenance planning and execution for rolling stock and signalling systems.
• Ensure quality and systems assurance standards are met.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on planning and technical issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (engineering related).
• Minimum 7 years experience in rail or metro operations.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia with 4‑6 weeks notice.
• Fluent reading and writing English.
