Key Account Manager

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead relationships with utility and strategic clients across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored electrical solutions for the power infrastructure market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key utility and strategic customers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Lead customer engagement from opportunity identification through contract closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to provide customized technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals and manage tender processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience with medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) systems, power transformers, and utility projects.
• Proven track record in managing strategic/key accounts in the utilities or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of utility market dynamics and large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
