About the role
Fastlo is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive acquisition and management of high‑value logistics clients. You will be the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while positioning Fastlo as a trusted logistics partner.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target high‑value prospects in the logistics and shipping sector.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, conducting regular business reviews.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service‑level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized logistics solutions.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery processes and resolve service issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, providing strategic recommendations.
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to business planning and sales strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, business development or B2B sales within logistics, parcel shipping or delivery services.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise‑level clients.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
