About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to secure orders and grow sales of BD Interventional’s Peripheral Intervention (PI) products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions, and coordinating promotional and educational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts through regular customer visits.
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with corporate strategies to meet profitability and growth goals.
- Maintain detailed records on accounts, including customer information, purchasing protocols, and market trends.
- Coordinate promotional activities, educational programs, clinical trials, and new product launches.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on customer needs, preferences, and competitor activity.
- Attend conferences and seminars to stay current on industry trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare‑related field (MBA or marketing certification is a plus).
- Minimum three years of experience in medical device sales or marketing.
- Experience in interventional radiology or vascular surgery is mandatory.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
Required skills
- Strong command of Salesforce (SFDC) CRM.
