Account Manager

About the role

Supy is looking for an Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with its Saudi Arabian (KSA) restaurant group customers. You will guide accounts from hand‑over through renewal, ensuring client health, identifying growth opportunities, and turning satisfied users into brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a health score for each KSA account and proactively address at‑risk situations, especially in the early post‑go‑live period.
• Lead renewal negotiations and contract discussions, aligning tiering with client growth.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities such as new sites, cost centers, additional modules, and franchise roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with the sales team on cross‑logo expansion opportunities within existing client groups.
• Build strong relationships with key contacts, develop a referral pipeline, and work with marketing on case studies and testimonials.
• Represent client feedback internally, feeding product, integration, and operational insights to the product team.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records, including QBR notes, renewal dates, and expansion potential, and contribute to weekly reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing commercial role within SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Proven ability to retain revenue and grow MRR within an existing portfolio.
• Commercially sharp with a clear understanding of churn risk, MRR, and account health.
• Strong communicator, resilient, self‑directed, and comfortable escalating issues.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
