Category Manager – Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Category Manager for the Beauty segment to join the Commercial Team of Noon Minutes, our hyper‑local delivery platform. You will own the category’s performance across multiple Noon platforms, driving growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the category roadmap, meeting revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Define optimal assortment, manage stock levels and set pricing strategies to ensure P&L efficiency.
• Source new brand partnerships, launch products and collaborate with vendors on marketing investments.
• Work closely with the Ads team to ensure high‑quality campaigns and in‑app merchandising.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach through curated assortments and best‑in‑class product content.
• Build long‑term relationships with distributors and brands, driving innovative campaigns and adoption of Noon’s tools.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (operations, customer service, growth, legal) to continuously improve the platform using data insights.
• Monitor regional competitors and global trends to keep the offering fresh and competitive.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop future category leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales and business development experience, preferably in e‑commerce or offline retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong bias for action, resourcefulness and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
