Corporate Operations Specialist

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Corporate Operations Specialist to be the operational anchor for its Saudi Arabia team. You will ensure smooth HR processes, full regulatory compliance, and excellent employee support while managing government relations and office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, government relations, and local labor compliance.
• Execute tasks on Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) and handle the full Iqama lifecycle.
• Process business and work visas for new joiners and visitors.
• Renew company licenses, commercial registrations, and official documents on schedule.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve requests within defined SLAs.
• Administer medical insurance, including additions, deletions, tier updates, and renewals.
• Support onboarding workflows and set up administrative requirements for new hires.
• Maintain office facilities, supplies, inventory, and ensure a professional workspace.
• Handle petty cash, monthly reconciliation, and vendor invoice processing.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing HR operations and government portal interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive communication and problem‑solving attitude.
