Customer Account Manager

About the role

The Customer Account Manager will be based in Riyadh and will manage client accounts, address inquiries, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet client objectives and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide insights to improve service offerings and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in customer account management or client services.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with data‑driven approach.
• Project coordination and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of IoT and telematics technologies is an advantage.
• Prior experience in technology, telematics, or mobility sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
