About the role
Hadya Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership in Jeddah. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and other business documents.
- Oversee preparation, tracking and reconciliation of expense reports.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure accurate filing.
- Plan and execute meetings, events and other logistical arrangements.
- Serve as a primary communication point between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, draft professional communications and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Strong executive administrative and support experience, including calendar and meeting management.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Solid document preparation, filing and office coordination skills.
- Experience with expense report tracking and basic corporate expense policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in real estate, hospitality, or corporate settings.
