General Manager – SaaS & Technology

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our SaaS and technology operations in the Saudi market. The role combines strategic oversight, commercial leadership, and operational execution to drive growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and market expansion.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
• Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Represent the company at senior‑level meetings, events, and industry forums.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve high performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans and initiatives.
• Present performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong background in SaaS/Technology with commercial and operational exposure.
• Diverse experience combining SaaS and consulting is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in Technology, F&B, or Hospitality is an advantage.
