Guest Experience Agent – Jeddah Edition Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join the Jeddah EDITION hotel team. In this front‑line position you will handle guest inquiries and requests across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat and mobile devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Log all guest interactions in the system, coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping and other services, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Provide information on room features, hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process room‑service orders, assist with menu selections and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Help guests with internet access and in‑room entertainment equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to read and verify information in various formats and to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, clear communication skills and commitment to confidentiality.
