Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh, responsible for supporting day‑to‑day HR operations across Andalus Gate Holding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefit programs and handle related documentation.
• Respond to HR‑related inquiries from staff and managers.
• Support employee‑relations activities, including routine concerns and fostering positive workplace interactions.
• Prepare HR reports and support performance‑management processes.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Experience supporting daily HR operations.
• Background in benefits administration.
• Experience in employee‑relations functions.
• Knowledge of HR policies and their implementation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR information systems or HRIS tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an HR support or coordination role, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
