About the role

We are a leading company in the travel and tourism industry seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee strategic corporate accounts. You will strengthen long‑term client relationships, drive retention, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
• Develop and execute account retention and growth strategies.
• Manage client onboarding and monitor overall account health.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients.
• Ensure service levels are met and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and operational teams for a seamless client experience.
• Negotiate contracts and manage enterprise‑level accounts.
• Monitor account performance and prepare business reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or corporate sales.
• Strong experience within airlines, OTAs, travel agencies, or the tourism industry.
• Proven track record managing large corporate accounts and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and results‑oriented.
