Operator

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Operator to join our production team. The role involves running machinery safely, ensuring all preparatory documents are in place, and supporting quality and efficiency throughout the start‑up process.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the availability of required documents (e.g., JFT, PCC) before each new job to minimise downtime.
• Operate machines according to the Work Instruction, maintaining safe and reliable runnability.
• Troubleshoot issues and request support when needed to keep production flowing.
• Check and relay the startup sample to the production section head for approval before QC inspection.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head for corrective action.
• Assign tasks to Helpers, organise the workflow and sustain 5S standards at the workstation and surrounding area.

Required profile

• Industrial Diploma (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in a similar operational role.
• Basic knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.

Required skills

• Machine operation following documented procedures.
• Troubleshooting of equipment and process issues.
• Application of 5S workplace organization principles.
