People Experience Partner

About the role

The People Experience Partner will own the end‑to‑end employee experience for Tabby’s Saudi Arabia entity, acting as a hands‑on partner to the business. In a fast‑growing fintech environment, the role blends onboarding, performance management, Saudization planning and government‑relations to ensure smooth people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
• Ensure the Performance Management Cycle runs on schedule, driving timely completion of self‑reviews, manager ratings and milestones.
• Own PIP cases from setup through monthly progress check‑ins to closure.
• Lead Saudization planning with Talent Acquisition, aligning hiring with targets and conducting quarterly reviews.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners to connect with the business from day one.
• Facilitate exit and onboarding insights to create action plans that improve retention and employee experience.
• Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar in partnership with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a background in HR Operations.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth companies or startups.
• Exposure to financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law, contract types, and management of expatriate and Saudi national employees.
• Hands‑on experience with government relations and related portals.
• Experience planning and partnering on Saudization initiatives.
