Procurement Supervisor

About the role

TAAM Health is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to support the Procurement Manager in day-to-day operations within its Riyadh office. The role focuses on ensuring smooth supplier order execution, tracking deliveries and maintaining consistent procurement processes across the organization’s clusters.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders and manage supplier communication for assigned categories.
• Monitor order status, delivery timelines and proactively flag any delays.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier performance data.
• Support vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.
• Assist in developing and enforcing procurement SOPs across the team.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to align purchase volumes with forecasts.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply-chain operations.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules such as SAP or Oracle.
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical procurement is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
