Program Manager - Airports

About the role

The Program Manager – Airports will lead the delivery of a major stream of related projects within DXC Technology’s airport programmes. Reporting to the Program Director, you will ensure that scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits are coordinated across multiple projects in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a portfolio of inter‑related projects, managing cross‑project dependencies and integration.
• Own the stream schedule, budget and resource plan; track progress and manage the critical path.
• Coordinate technical, operational and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Maintain stream‑level RAID and change control, escalating as needed.
• Assure quality, safety, security and compliance, supporting readiness, transition and go‑live.
• Manage stream budget, forecasting and supplier performance.
• Build strong relationships with client, operational and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project managers and multidisciplinary teams within the stream.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multiple related projects or a delivery stream on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong command of programme/project methodologies (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, agile/hybrid).
• Excellent cross‑project planning, dependency, budget and risk management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi‑disciplinary, multi‑vendor teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
