Revenue & Reservations Manager

About the role

The Revenue & Reservations Manager will drive the hotel’s commercial performance by optimizing revenue, occupancy and profitability. Working closely with Sales, Front Office, Marketing and Finance, you will lead pricing strategy, inventory control and reservations operations to meet the hotel’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and total revenue.
• Analyse historical data, booking trends, market demand and competitor activity to optimise pricing.
• Manage dynamic pricing and rate parity across OTAs, GDS, brand channels and direct booking platforms.
• Monitor pace, pick‑up, cancellations and no‑show trends; prepare accurate demand forecasts.
• Lead revenue meetings, present recommendations to the Executive Committee and oversee over‑booking strategies.
• Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accurate bookings, room blocks, allotments and special requests.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to create promotional offers, evaluate group quotations and support corporate negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management and reservations operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and adjust pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and executive presentations.
• Detail‑oriented approach to inventory allocation and distribution management.
