Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for potential customers of Route Mobile, operating within Proximus Global’s Market Development department. The SDR will shape and execute the sales development strategy for an assigned region, working closely with the Account Director and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with the overall sales plan.
• Identify and import new prospective client accounts into the CRM system.
• Research key buyer personas and deliver accurate contact data using online research tools.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date CRM database of leads, contacts and accounts.
• Gather data and insights on target customers, industry trends, competitors and market dynamics, and turn them into actionable reports and presentations.
• Generate outreach emails using Outreach.io and conduct cold‑calling activities.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a focus on generating qualified opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proficiency in Outreach.io for email outreach.
• Ability to use online research tools for prospecting.
